We hand-pick items curated specifically for your gear and photography style. Selections are personally made by ReLens' founder, Lincoln. Check out his photos here. What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Customers will have 14 days to submit a refund request from the day of purchase. If you would like to request a refund, please use our Contact page, or email us at returns@relens.me. View our Refund Policy here.
When will I get my order?
Delivery times will differ depending on where orders are being shipped, but generally orders are delivered after 5-7 business days of purchasing. If we experience delays, you will be promptly notified and your return policy will be extended as stated.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are assembled and shipped here in Charlotte, North Carolina, by ReLens' founder Lincoln.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. ReLens pays a cut of International orders to the United Kingdom.
